I wish I didn't even have to put 1 star, they deserve negatives. Extremely rude and unprofessional freight broker. All they do is double broker their loads all day long, they are rude on the phone, and do not care about the carriers that run their double brokered freight. They have no customers, I just learned from an employee of theirs that every single load they move has been either consolidated or double brokered. If you care of your freight, do not give it to them. Its brokers like this that have ruined the freight industry. Stay away, carriers beware.
PPI Gas is a northeast distributor of critical natural gas construction materials. Our company has used R&R for all of our shipping needs for about 5 years. Whether it is a scheduled monthly delivery, same day pick up, or needing a driver to get product to a customer in an emergency situation, R&R is always there to answer the call.
